PoE’s Betrayal Mechanic got a very small update, so there aren’t many changes to which Syndicate agent provides the most value. What Changes in PoE 3.27 Betrayal
The most significant and notable change for the Syndicate mechanic is the removal of It That Fled from League, but she is still available in Standard. This agent’s removal is due to her being tied to the Breach Mechanic, which is the primary focus for this update. All Breach-related drops and currencies are redirected towards Breach content, so alternate sources like the It That Fled have been removed.
PoE 3.27 Betrayal Cheat Sheet
Most of the drops from the Betrayal league can be exchanged in the Path of Exile trade, so it’s a great idea to farm this content. The Veiled Exalted Orb is the best drop from this mechanic, but you’ll still have to make preparations before you can fight the Master of Undeath. To maximize your profits per run, you need to optimize potential drops by assigning the right members to the right divisions.

Where Do You Get the Rewards
You get the rewards from each Syndicate Member after you defeat the final boss per run. After killing Catarina, you enter a catacomb containing various chests that have assigned rewards or crafting benches for your items. These prizes depend on which divisions you sent each agent to.
