Farever’s leveling journey from 1 to 20 requires exploration and a lot of combat to reach the cap and start the endgame stage. This guide will show you how to level your character up fast and become powerful in a matter of hours.
AoE Mob Farming
One way to earn a ton of XP right off the bat is by learning how to draw aggro from enemies and use AoE attacks. If you’re a Warrior, this class is best for its cleaving abilities, but it's also possible for Rogues and Mages to burst down groups. Some great places to AoE farm would be the crabs in Talitha Falls and the patrols in East Majoram Bridge, but any location with a dense group of mobs will suffice.
Questing
Taking on quests is a solid way of earning XP, as these grant you enough experience to get 20% of your XP bar filled. Each camp with an Obelisk will always have a few quest NPCs to speak to, so make sure to do as much questing as you can.
Codex Unlocks
The Codex system is one of the easiest ways to gain extra experience while naturally exploring the world. Each enemy type has Codex progress tied to it. Killing enough of that enemy grants XP rewards.
Normal enemies need 8 kills, Large monsters need 4 kills, and Elite enemies only need 1 kill to complete their respective entries. Before leaving an area, try finishing nearby Codex entries because the XP adds up very quickly over time, and some quests will require completed entries to turn them in. Enemy kills from your party will also count towards your Codex progression.
