Phase 1: Boss Attacks & Counters
In the first phase of the boss fight, the Lady Bee cycles through a few heavy-hitting attacks. Surviving this phase is all about proper spacing and stamina management. Here’s what you need to do.
- Deadly Blossom: The Lady Bee typically opens the encounter with this move, which you can avoid by staying well away from the large indicated impact zones.
- Sharp Leaves: You can avoid the rapid, sharp projectiles fired by the boss by strafing or dodging, though you may choose to tank the damage if your defenses are high enough.
- Royal Barrage: When the Lady Bee targets and destroys the hexagonal tiles of the arena, you should position yourself at the very edge of the map to ensure she only destroys a single tile. Which will preserve your floor space for the remainder of the fight.
