WoW Midnight has released, and for some players, it gets tiring replaying the Fall of Silvermoon on every single alt. Luckily, Blizzard has included a skip system similar to The War Within. Here's a guide to fast-tracking your Warband and jumping straight into the Midnight endgame.
Campaign Skip Guide in WoW Midnight
Thanks to the WoW Community, players have pinpointed how the campaign skips work. There are two different skips: one for the intro scenario and one for the leveling campaign (Adventure Mode). This guide will tackle both skips to help you progress faster with your alts.
How to Skip the Midnight Intro (The Sunwell Breach)
The intro scenario is cinematic the first time you experience it, but a chore on your fifth character. You can skip the entire Sunwell Breach questline once you have completed it on your main. Here's what you need to do:
- Complete the Adventuring in Midnight questline at least once on your account.
- On your alt, look for Lady Liadrin in your capital city, either Orgrimmar or Stormwind.
- Talk to her and select the option: "I have heard this tale before. (Skip the intro and travel to Silvermoon City)."
After talking to her, you’ll be teleported directly to the Sanctum of Light in the new Silvermoon City, ready to pick up the next leg of the journey.
How to Skip the Midnight Campaign (Adventure Mode)
Unlike previous expansions, where you could skip the campaign at level 80, the Full Campaign Skip in Midnight requires you to reach Level 90 first. This is designed to let you level through Dungeons or Delves, then finish the story instantly to unlock World Quests. Here’s what you need to do to skip the Midnight Campaign.
- Reach Level 90 and earn the Call of the Light achievement on your main character, which requires finishing all 17 chapters of the campaign.
- On your alt, travel to Wayfarer’s Rest, the main tavern in Silvermoon City. Locate Soridormi standing near the entrance (/way 55, 69).
- Speak to her and select: "I've seen how this ends. (Skip the Midnight Campaign)."
After choosing the option, it instantly completes all campaign chapters for that alt, unlocking World Quests, Endgame Delves, and the Voidspire Raid entrance.
Tips for Fast Alt Leveling in WoW Midnight
Now that you know how to skip the intro and campaign, here are some tips to help you level up your alt faster in WoW Midnight.
- The Warband Bonus: Remember that for every Level 90 you have, your alts get a passive 5% XP buff, up to 25% max.
- Delve Turn-ins: Do not skip the "Delver’s Call" quests inside the 8 new Delves. They offer massive one-time XP. Save the turn-ins until you hit Level 88 to blast through the final zone, Voidstorm.
- The Skyriding Advantage: Skyriding is unlocked from the start in Midnight. Use it to ignore mob density in Eversong Woods.
