StarRupture features 5 Corporations that offer different benefits to players based on their current level. To reach higher levels, players must use the Orbital Cargo Launcher to send resources to the desired company. New players may feel overwhelmed by what to prioritize; as such, this guide breaks it down into 3 game stages: early game (levels 1-3), mid-game (levels 4-8), and late game (levels 9 and beyond). Each ranking in the table will range from best to worst for each game stage, taking into account the demands of each stage.
Early Game – Griffits Blue Corporation
During the early game, players will focus on direct cargo launches, as storage options are not yet available. Survival and exploration will be the priorities for most players. Leveling corporations during this stage is fast and direct, with minimal processing required. (i.e. Raw Titanium → Titanium Bar → Titanium Sheet)
| Corporation | Reason | Key Unlock |

Why Griffits Blue Corporation
Survival and exploration are key to progression during the early stages of StarRupture. Doing either is difficult without a proper weapon to deal with alien vermin. The Gathering Tool can be used as a weapon in a pinch, but players will quickly find out for themselves that it is extremely inefficient, which, for a game like StarRupture, can be a death sentence.
Mid Game – Clever Robotics
This stage assumes the player has had some time to understand the fundamental systems of StarRupture and has a moderately sized factory. During this phase of the game, players may have their bases attacked by alien vermin and struggle with production bottlenecks. This also assumes that the player has had time to unlock recipes via the Recipe Station to diversify their production.
| Corporation | Reason | Key Unlock |

Why Clever Robotics
Before unlocking the building drone, players must build their factory from the ground view. This makes building and rail placement extremely difficult due to constant changes and expansions to accommodate different production requirements. The Building Drone solves this issue by providing an aerial view of where to build and place rails, making it much easier to build the most efficient base.
Late Game – Selenian Corporation
The number of recipes and processing stages determines the late game for StarRupture. To level up, each corporation brings new challenges every time; for this reason, production and storage will be the focus.
| Corporation | Reason | Key Unlock |
|---|---|---|

Selenian Corporation |

Why Selenian Corporation
Late-game StarRupture is truly a sight to behold, with sprawling production facilities and moving drones. However, to truly reach the epitome of every corporation, an Assembler is required. Selenian Corporation is the primary factory, with most of the machinery needed to produce cargo. The Assembler is the final step in exporting completed multi-stage complex products to finally reach max corporation levels.
