Not all recipes in StarRupture are available from the get-go. You'll need to explore the planet and find abandoned outposts, many of which contain blueprints that unlock more advanced components for your factories. Many outposts will have blue chests that contain an unlockable recipe, as well as red chests that contain supplies. This guide provides directions to every blueprint in the game, making endgame items easier to access.
All Blueprint Locations
Rotor and Tube Blueprint
The blueprints can be found in Selenian’s Mining Base (SMB) "Purple Haze," northwest of your starting location. Once you reach the large purple crater, head to the tallest building in the base. Climb up the rock face behind it and jump to the open room at the top of the structure. The chest will be on the floor below.
Stator Blueprint
You can find the Stator blueprint in Griffith's Research Outpost (GRO) "Lemon Souls," north of your spawn location. For the chest, simply jump to the top floor of the building marked “Griffith's Research Outpost” and cross the gap to the next building, where the chest is.
Stabilizer Blueprint
The Stabilizer blueprint is in Claywood’s Research Center (CRO) "Grey Owl," northeast of your spawn. This outpost requires a bit of climbing since it’s located on top of a small mountain. Once you reach the base, go to the top tower, and you will find the chest near the railing.
Synthetic Silicon Blueprint
This blueprint is located in GRO "Mythic Cry," in a mountainous area far north of your starting location. To get the chest, go to the solar panel portion of the base, then drop into the hole on the roof of the building. Be careful, as the area contains blue spores that spawn aliens, so come prepared with ammo and healing items. The chest will be in the corner of the room where you dropped in.
Electronics and Rotor Blueprint
These blueprints are in an unmarked location located west of the giant crashed ship at the center of the map, in a ruined building underneath a ravine. The closest landmark to this area is the Selenian's Research Outpost "Starry Night.”
Chemicals Blueprint
The Chemicals blueprint is located far east from the spawn point, in the Clever Robotics Research Outpost (CRRO) "Spored Rock." Like the Synthetic Silicon outpost, the area will be covered in blue spores and spawn hostile aliens. The chest will be near the overlook tower railing.
Hardening Agent Blueprint
The blueprint can be found at the base of the giant crashed ship at the center of the map, near the IRO Secret Outpost (IRO-SO) "Next Step" landmark. The chest will be among the ship's debris, but it is guarded by dozens of enemies. Bring lots of ammo and an LMG to clear the area.
Valve and Electromagnetic Coil Blueprints
These blueprints are located at the Clever Robotoics and FHS Research Base (CRFHSRB) "Redleaf" outpost in the northeastern corner of the map. Getting to the chest is difficult since you’ll need four keycards to enter the treasure room.
- The red key is inside a building with a broken catwalk, right next to a corpse. You can enter by jumping through the hole in the floor.
- For the second key, look for a small shack with red highlights under its windows.
- The third key is on the second floor of a building with a DNA symbol.
- The final key is in a small shack with a staircase leading towards the door. This shack is in the portion of the outpost with solar panels.
Once you've collected all keycards, return to the building where you found the red card and cross the catwalk. Unlock the door and climb up, and you’ll see another locked door. Insert the three keycards in the terminal beside it to open up and reach the chest.
