One of the best features right now in Path of Exile 3.27 is farming various rewards via the Genesis Tree. While you can farm items, Foulbourns, and Grafts from this tree, you can also collect different currencies. If you set up the nodes correctly, you can increase your chances of farming PoE Divine Orbs and Chaos Orbs from the Genesis Tree.
How Do You Get PoE Currencies from the Genesis Tree
You get all Genesis Tree rewards by inserting Wombgifts into empty sockets of specific branches. Each branch will give you a different set of rewards depending on what nodes are connected, but for this guide, we will be focusing on the section of the Genesis Tree that gives you PoE currencies. Once you insert a Wombgift, you’ll continuously accumulate enough points to grow the socketed item until it becomes a Grown Wombgift.
What are the Best Currency Nodes in the Genesis Tree
The key to optimizing your currency farm is picking the right nodes in the currency section of the Genesis Tree. There are seven central nodes and five minor ones to consider when setting up your build. Fortunately, you can always refund passives at no cost to respecc the nodes. Here is the best currency setup for PoE 3.27.
- Fertile Genesis: Birthed Currency Items are rolled an additional time, keeping the rarest outcome.
- Wild Growth: 5% chance for Birthed Currency to drop as a full stack
- Flawed Seeds: 25% chance for Wombgifts to Birth an additional Currency Item | Wombgifts have a chance to Birth Foulborn Currency at Level 68 and above
- Grasping Flesh: 25% chance for Wombgifts to Birth an additional Currency Item | Wombgifts have a chance to Birth Graft Implants
- Prodigal Offspring: 25% chance for Wombgifts to Birth 3 additional Currency Items | 3% chance for Wombgifts to Birth 10 additional Currency items
📌Note: We don’t use reflective contractions because they increase the chance of the Birth items becoming Currency Shards, and Divine Orbs don’t have currency shards.
