Path of Exile Keepers of the Flame introduces the Genesis Tree that provides many different rewards, including Grafts and Wombgifts. These item provides passive perks to your characters that further empower their abilities and stats. This list will show players all the available Grafts in PoE 3.27 and how to obtain them.
List of All PoE 3.27 Grafts and Graft Skills
Each Grafts possess its own unique Graft skills that activate on their own. These abilities activate and scale independently from your own character, which means stats, auras, multipliers, and recovery CDs won’t affect them and vice versa. Each Graft also possesses three modifiers: one for increasing your stats, one for augmenting Graft skills, and one for increasing Graftblood gains. - Storming Eshgraft (Wreathed in Light): Adds (1-4) to (18-20) Lightning Damage
- Replicating Eshgraft (Glowing Silhouette): +(3-5)% increased Movement Speed
- Squalling Tulgraft (Dance in the White): +(8-16)% increased Projectile Damage
- Freezing Tulgraft (Falling Crystals): +(8-12)% chance to Freeze
- Battering Uulgraft (Return to Dust): +(4-12)% reduced Enemy Stun Threshold
- Hardening Uulgraft (Tender Embrace): +(1-3)% additional Physical Damage Reduction
- Molten Xophgraft (Heart of Flame): +(10-20)% increased Armour
- Flamecaller Xophgraft (Call the Pyre): +(8-16)% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills
- Draining Eshgraft (Enervating Grasp): Spell Skills have (5-10)% increased Area of Effect
- Jolting Eshgraft (Overcharged Sinews): +(4-12)% increased Global Critical Strike Chance

How Do You Get Grafts in PoE 3.27
You can get various Grafts by growing Wombgifts via the Genesis Tree. You can obtain these items by completing Breaches or by random drops from Grasping Coffers. The nodes in your Genesis Tree may affect the stats you gain from the grown Wombgifts, and you can continue improving the Grafts that you have via this mechanic.
How Many Grafts Can You Use
You can use up to two Grafts at the same time, but not the same type. You can get the first Graft slot after meeting Ailith, First of the Keepers in Act 1. You’ll unlock the second one after killing Vruun, Marshal of Xesht, in Unstable Breaches and bringing his head to Ailith.
