OSRS Armadyl Crossbow for Sale

The Armadyl Crossbow (ACB) is a one-handed ranged weapon in Old School RuneScape obtained as a unique drop from Commander Zilyana in the God Wars Dungeon. With better accuracy than the Dragon Crossbow, an extended attack range, and a precision-enhancing special attack, it's a good weapon to have in your arsenal and is a required component to craft the best-in-slot Zaryte Crossbow.

Item Statistics and Mechanical Benefits

• Extended Attack Range: Has an 8-tile attack range (9-tiles on Longrange), allowing players to kite bosses and attack safely from a distance.
• Precision Special Attack: Consuming 40% special attack energy, the special attack doubles overall attack accuracy for the shot and triggers a distinct bird-call effect, drastically increasing the chance to land hits on ultra-high defense targets.
• High Ranged Accuracy: Provides a massive +100 Ranged attack bonus and +1 Prayer bonus.
• Enchanted Bolt Compatibility: Fires all tiers of crossbow bolts—up to Dragon bolts—allowing players to play with Ruby dragon bolts (e) for percent-health damage or Diamond dragon bolts (e) to bypass armor.
• Essential Crafting Component: Combine it with a nihil horn and 250 nihil shards to create the Zaryte Crossbow.
• Requirements: Players will need 70 Ranged to equip the Armadyl Crossbow.

What is the difference between the Armadyl Crossbow and Dragon Crossbow?

The Armadyl Crossbow offers +6 higher Ranged attack (+100 vs +94), +1 Prayer bonus, 1 extra tile of attack range, and a 40% special attack that doubles accuracy compared to the Dragon Crossbow's 20% area-of-effect special attack.

Is the Armadyl Crossbow untradeable once converted to a Zaryte Crossbow?
