Best Crewmates in OSRS Sailing
While your crew arrangement depends on what activities you’re doing, Cabin Boy Jenkins and Jobless Jim are seen as the best ones to use for XP farming and AFK farming. Ideally, you use both of them to hook during Salvage activities. If you’re planning to farm XP, you should have Jenkins man the other hook while you actively use the other one. You only assign Jim to the hooks while you sort your inventory. For AFK farming, put both of them on salvage duty.
