Trainers are the best way to gain new skills in Dune Awakening. With 5 different classes to choose from, having access to a Trainer can help you level up and survive the dynamic environment of Arakkis. To help you find your way to the different Trainers, here's a guide on all their locations.
What are Trainers
Trainers are a way for each class to get new skills. Each class has a specific Trainer they can visit. Since players can't have multiple classes, the same goes for the Trainers. So, a Bene Gesserit can only go to the Bene Gesserit Trainer locations.
All Trainer Locations
Here are all the Trainer locations in Dune Awakening. The locations include basic class trainers and advanced class ones.
Trooper Trainer Location
For the Trooper Trainer, you need to meet up with Ghavouri. He's located in Griffin's Trading Outpost at the Hagga Basin South. If you take out the gangs in the Proving Grounds Quest, he'll owe you a favor and help you unlock your Trooper skill tree.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Ghavouri as a Trainer:
- Kill Aatu Golven in Kaleff's Stand
- Kill Kirsi Tol in Shamal Tunnel
- Kill Cardanus Cardanus Ulun in Edgeway Cavern
- Report back to Ghavouri at Griffin's Reach
Advanced Trooper Trainer Location
For the Advanced Trooper Trainer, you'll need to meet with Kara Valk. She's located in the Atreides stronghold in Arrakeen. To get to the location, you'll need to ride an ornithopter, which can be found at any tradepost, but you'll need to pay 2,500 Solari. After reaching Arrakeen, head to the far side of the building and up the stairs. Turn left, and you'll see Kara Valk on the balcony overlooking the hall.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Kara Valk as a Trainer:
- Enter the slaver base at the Sweep
- Locate intel on Servo-Stim Transmitters
- Deliver the two Transmitters to Kara
Planetologist Trainer Location
For the Planetologist Trainer, you'll need to meet with Derek Chinara. He's located a bit north of Imperial Testing Station No. 2. He'll help you after you complete the Minmic Film Recovery Quest.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Derek Chinara as a Trainer:
- Enter Imperial Testing Station No. 2
- Find the Minimic Film
- Return to Derek
Mentat Trainer Location
For the Mentat Trainer, you'll need to find Samin Moro. She's located in the Riftwatch and will be standing outside. You'll need to help her find a few items before she teaches you.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Samin Moro as a Trainer:
- Deliver 100 Plant Fiber
- Deliver 40 Iron Ore
- Plant the poison
- Report back to Riftwatch
Advanced Mentat Trainer Location
For the Advanced Mentat Trainer, you'll need to find Zayn De Witte. He's located at the Salusan Bull Bar in Arrakeen near the entrance. You'll need to pay 2,500 Solari to reach Arrakeen.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Samin Moro as a Trainer:
- Interrogate the Mobula gang member at the Anvil
- Interrogate the second Mobula gang member
- Enter the Mobula gang's base
- Search for information about other bases
- Find the Mobula gang's minimic film
- Deliver the minimic film to Zayn in Arrakeen
Bene Gesserit Trainer Location
For the Bene Gesserit, you must locate Sister Mesa. She's located at the Helius Gate in the Eastern Shield Wall region. The Helius Gate is north of The Wreck of the Pallas.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Sister Mesa as a Trainer:
- Locate the "Lisan al-Gaib and..." text
- Locate the "The Mahdi's Blade" text
- Give the "Lisan al-Gaib and..." text to Sister Mesa
- Give the "The Mahdi's Blade" text to Sister Mesa
Advanced Bene Gesserit Trainer Location
For the Advanced Bene Gesserit Trainer, you'll need to find Jacosta Cleo. She's located northeast of Harko Village at the Harkonnen stronghold. She'll be near a weapons merchant past the Baron's Eye. You'll need 2,500 Solari to get there via an ornithopter taxi. All you need to do to unlock the Trainer is to talk to her.
Swordmaster Trainer Location
For the Swordmaster Trainer, you'll need to find Arno. He's located in the Pinnacle Station in the Jabal-Eifrit Al-Gharb region. It's north of The Wreck of the Pallas.
Here's what you need to do to unlock Arno as a Trainer:
- Locate the Devil's Eye Cavern
- Search the wreck of the Pallas
- Search Imperial Testing Station No. 76
- Report back to Arno at Pinnacle Station
Advanced Swordmaster Trainer Location
For the Advanced Swordmaster Trainer, you'll need to find Seron Varlin. He's located in Harko Village at the Harkonnen Stronghold. He'll be tucked away in an alleyway at the far end of Beast's Bend. To unlock him, you'll need to complete his quests and challenges.
