Method 1: The Escalation Loop (Most Consistent)
The Escalation Loop is the most efficient way to farm because it is self-sustaining. This method ensures you never run out of high-tier crafting materials or the keys needed to find them.
- Complete a Horadric Strongroom (see Method 2) to receive a reward chest. This chest has a high chance to drop an Escalation Sigil.
- Use the Escalation Sigil to enter a 3-stage dungeon. These stages frequently spawn Horadric Strongrooms or Obducite Mine affixes.
- Defeat Astaroth at the end of the Escalation. He typically drops multiple Nightmare Sigils with the Horadric Strongroom affix, allowing you to restart the loop immediately.
