Where to Farm Diablo 4 Axial Conduit
In Season 12, the Axial Conduit is most reliably found by target farming specific Lair Bosses. While it can drop from any high-level enemy, your best odds are with Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint and Lord Zir. With the removal of older seasonal bosses like Urivar from the main unique rotation, these two remain the primary sources for Sorcerer gear.
However, the most efficient "mass farm" for the Axial Conduit is the Infernal Hordes. By completing waves and spending your Burning Aether on the Spoils of Equipment (or the Spoils of Greater Collection in higher Tiers), you have a significantly higher chance of seeing Uniques drop. To access this, you must have an Infernal Compass and have reached at least Torment I difficulty.
New for Season 12: You can also find Axial Conduit as a potential reward from The Slaughterhouse caches if you maintain a high enough Killstreak, though the boss ladder remains the only way to "target" the item specifically.
