I already cut the reload time to cca 7.2 secs so you have about 2500 dpm which is great but you can train BIA and use consumables so it can be under 7 secs I think which means that you can shot twice while most of the other heavy tanks/TDs you are facing only once!
Crew is already trained at 74% first skill.

Researched tanks: check pictures
German: You have already researched VI tier VK 30.01 P so you can continue to Maus or E 100 :) With this set up you will have it in less than 1k battles so everybody will be like WTF?!

0k battles, already VIII tier heavy tank which is ultra rare.
Just perfectly set up acc, make it your way now. Angle correctly and you will be making 6,000+ potential dmg received almost every battle.
You can easily destroy other VIII heavy tanks by using shooting/ramming tactic.
For example the feared IS-3 1v1 shot it (300), he shot you (-400), then you run on him shot second time (300) while driving, ram him for 500HP, his shell will probably bounce as you are too close and then just finish him (300) 300+300+500+300=1400 his full HP while you will just take about 400-800dmg so you can walk away with 1000-1400HP left :)
