Alterac Valley Farm
Alterac Valley (AV) is the best battleground for farming Honor, as some points on the map provide a good amount of Honor whether or not you lose the objective. Destroying a tower or killing a Captain in AV now rewards 110 Honor instead of the previous 80, making it easier to get the Epic set.

Aside from exclusively farming Alterac Valley for Honor, completing the current featured Battlegrounds from Call to Arms is a great way of earning a good chunk of Honor once you complete it, as winning one match from the featured BG will net you at least 600+ Honor per completion.
If the current featured week is Alterac Valley, you can earn up to 1000 Honor per win, which can make earning the complete Epic set much easier to get.
