What to Expect from Playing Legends of Runeterra

As some may already know, Legends of Runeterra is a free-to-play card game. Both can be obtained either in-game when doing randomized quests or bought with real money and used to unlock any card in the game. Gone are the days when gamers used to rely solely on sheer luck when opening packs. In Legends of Runeterra, Riot Games lets players get what they want without breaking the bank.

Do Gamers Need to Play League of Legends Before Legends of Runeterra?

While it’s true that some of the champions in League of Legends can be seen in Legends of Runeterra, there’s no need for people to play the MOBA game. Legends of Runeterra will be a separate game, meaning gamers will have to download its official app, not the mobile version of League of Legends. They can’t use the same account for both games, meaning if they want to play League of Legends mobile, they will have to make a separate one.
