Let's say you win every 50/50, to get 27 5-stars would take 31 x 77 (average pulls to get 5 star) = 2387 wishes. This total doesn't include the lost 50/50 5 stars on the account, but let's be generous. I've read each wish cost 2$ USD so to buy the account from scratch would cost $4774 and a lot of time.
I would cut this cost by ~90% to 450$, which seems decent given the 460+ wishes and resources on HSR account as well as the Genshin account.
