After the events of Episode 6, the Z-Team makes an important decision and votes to kick Invisigal out of the group. Ultimately, it's up to Robert whether to keep her on the team or fire her. Here are the results and consequences of cutting or defending Invisigal from the Z-team.
Episode 6 Aftermath and Episode 7 Start
We begin Episode 7 with Chase confined to the SDN infirmary and in a coma. As Robert returns to the Z-team briefing room, the group reveals they voted to kick Invisigal out, with Golem and Flambae voting against. Phenomaman abstains from voting. At this point, you'll be prompted to decide whether to agree to cut Invisigal from the team or defend her. Here are the direct consequences of those choices:
🦸Note: Whatever you decide during the meeting, the final decision to keep or cut Invisigal will be made during your conversation with her in the SDN locker room.
- Cut Invisigal: If you choose to cut Invisigal and follow through during your conversation with her, then Z-team will maintain their morale during the following Dispatch sequences. However, since Invisigal won't be available for Dispatch, you'll have a harder time during the Episode 8 Dispatch sequence during the Red Ring attack.
- Keep Invisigal: If you choose to keep Invisigal and maintain this decision during your interaction with her, the Z-team's morale will drop. However, having her during the Episode 8 Dispatch sequence will make things easier, given the overwhelming number of crimes you need to respond to.
Impact on the Ending (SPOILER WARNING)
If you choose to keep Invisigal, she will take a non-fatal bullet for you during the showdown with Shroud, which leads Robert to pummel the villain and open the prompt whether to kill or spare him. If you opted to cut Invisigal and remain antagonistic to her, then she will kill Shroud herself and probably take on his mantle as she takes his mask. Her ultimate fate on this route remains ambiguous.
