In Dispatch, you play as a dispatcher of heroes. When an emergency occurs, you get to send heroes to the rescue based on the situation at hand. To help you decide which heroes to send out, here's a guide on all the heroes in the game.

How Stats Work in Dispatch
Stats determine how the Heroes perform in missions. Their stats determine how they act and execute missions. Luckily, the stats can be leveled up. Stats are grouped into 5 aspects: Combat, Intellect, Charisma, Mobility, and Vigor. To help you level up your Heroes, here are all the Stats and how they work.
|
Stat |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Combat |
Combat focuses on a Hero's ability to fight. If fighting is involved, their Combat Stat should be a priority. |
|
Intellect |
Intellect focuses on the Hero's ability to solve problems in situations. If the situation requires solving logic problems, prioritize a Hero with high Intellect. |
|
Vigor |
Vigor focuses on a hero's resilience. In different situations, it will test their strength of will. Consider it as the Hero's mental stamina in situations. |
|
Charisma |
Charisma focuses on the Hero's social intelligence. Their Charisma should be able to de-escalate a situation, convince people, or even control a crowd. Charisma is all about how socially aware the Hero is. |
|
Mobility |
Mobility focuses on how fast they can respond to a situation. Some situations are in farther locations, so choosing a hero is crucial in dire situations. |
How to Level Up Heroes in Dispatch
If you're not satisfied with your hero's stats, don't worry, they can be leveled up. A hero can earn Skill Points for every situation they resolve. So, if you want to level them up, keep dispatching Heroes.
To give your heroes better stats, it's best to allocate the skill points they earn on their weakest stat and build around it. Make sure the Heroes you send out on missions still match their Stats and abilities despite trying to level them up.
