Diablo 4 has some brand new Uniques for you to chase that tie in to the new Killstreak seasonal mechanic. As The Butcher, you gain access to special abilities exclusive to him that will help you rack up a high kill count, but you can also earn these Uniques by participating in the new activities. Whether it's through the Shrine of Slaughter, Bloodied Nightmare Dungeons, or the Slaughterhouse activity, these have a chance to drop them.
Seasonal Uniques and Effects
- Blood-Mad Idol: Grants permanent Berserking, but you take 200%(x) increased Burning damage over 8 seconds whenever you are struck. While burning, your Berserking damage bonus is further increased by 75-125%(x)
- Wendigo Brand: Every 15 kills in the last 30-60 seconds increases your Damage by 2%(x) and Maximum Health by 1%.
- Wyrdskin: Attacks apply Vulnerable to Distant Enemies, and Weakened to Close Enemies. You deal 10-30%(x) increased damage to Enemies that are both Vulnerable and Weakened.
- Rustbitten Dirk: Deal 50-100%(x) increased damage to isolated enemies.
- Thousand-Eye Reaver: Moving grants Ferocity, and Maximum Ferocity is increased by 1-3. Ferocity also increases Movement Speed by 4-8% per stack.
Where Do Season of Slaughter Uniques Drop?
The only source for these Uniques is the Nightmare Dungeons with the Bloodied affix. This guarantees the appearance of The Butcher as the dungeon boss, but it also empowers dungeon monsters with more health and damage. Killing The Butcher has a chance for the listed Uniques to drop, being more likely as the difficulty increases.
