At 3:50 am CT, TheSnazzyRock and Team Nuts were able to clear the final segment of the Desert Perpetual to be crowned as the first completionists of the raid. They became the winner of the Raid Race after 16 hours, and Bungie also confirmed their win via X. Their win also means that the Normal Mode for the Desert Perpetual.

What are the Rewards for the Winners
The Desert Perpetual Raid Race winners will receive IRL special rewards for being the first completionists. They’ll get a championship belt and other special prizes for their win. There are also several rewards for those who participated and completed the raid during the contest period. Here are all the prizes for those who joined the Raid Race and finished their runs:

Those eligible for these prizes will be notified on how to get their rewards. Since Normal Mode has been released, the restrictions for several items have been lifted, so they can now be used in the Desert Perpetual.
