There are many factors to consider when building your loadout in ARC Raiders. Weapons and armor are the first things you want to consider, but Augments are just as important. With the launch of ARC Raiders’ Headwinds update, two new Augments have been added that can drastically improve your gameplay and survivability when playing solo. Here’s a guide on the new Augments in ARC Raiders.
New Augments in ARC Raiders’ Headwinds Update
The 2 new Augments are Looting Mk. 3 (Safekeeper) and Tactical Mk. 3 (Revival). Looting Mk. 3 (Safekeeper) gives you 1 universal Safe Pocket and 2 Trinket Slots. Having this Augment ensures that you don't lose your high-tier weapon.
While Tactical Mk. 3 (Revival) gives you a Defibrillator directly to your augment, although it restricts you to using Light Shields, it can still help you with healing and survivability. Both Augments are great for having your gear kept safe and for easier access to healing.
How to Get the New Augments in ARC Raiders’ Headwinds Update
Getting the two new Augments will take a lot of grinding. They’re not available from any of the vendors in Rust. You’ll have to rely on RNG, but there are a few methods on how to increase your chances of getting them.
