Leveling Up Fast in Battlefield

Spot assists are by far the easiest and most reliable way to level up, as Recon players have access to a drone that can spot targets with thermal sights. The assist XP gained from a spot assist is almost equivalent to a single kill, and when used in a highly contested objective, it can net players massive chunks of XP.

Support players can also obtain a lot of XP by providing ammo to nearby allies and reviving downed teammates, which gives 50 XP for players not in the squad and 100 XP for those who are.

Achievement Unlocks in Battlefield

While some skins and weapons can be unlocked by simply ranking up, others require specific steps to unlock them. For example, a Recon’s C4 gadget can only be unlocked by spotting enemies in objective areas, which requires dedicating a few matches to just spotting targets. Some guns also require completing 2 challenges to unlock them, such as dealing damage to enemies and securing kills with a weapon class.

Some of the harder unlocks include the Redezook dog tag, which requires a player to ride a jet as an Engineer with an RPG, eject, destroy an enemy jet with the RPG, and land back on their own vehicle.
