In this Tip section, I will detail all trade values and Stardust costs for trading in Pokémon Go.
Chances are you're on this site for a Special Trade. Well, What is that?
Special Trading refers to the specific set of rules that apply when trading these types of Pokémon:
Legendary Pokémon
Shiny Pokémon
Pokémon not currently in your Pokédex
Pokémon with forms not yet in your Pokédex (such as Costumed Pokemon, and Unown)
A legendary or shiny Trade will cost more Stardust than a Normal Trade, cost also matters if you have the Pokémon Registered. (Sprite is visible, not a Shadow in your Pokédex)
If it is a Unregistered (No Sprite Unlocked)
New Pokémon for you, or the player you’re trading with, causes the cost to signifigantly increase. See Chart Below
In order to start a trade, both players must meet these set of requirements:
You are friends with the person you’re trading with
You are within 100m from the person you’re trading with
You have Trainer Level of 10 or above
Mindful Information:
A standard trade involves Pokemon that have already been caught, are not shiny, nor legendary.
IV's/CP/HP values are CHANGED when Trading Any Pokemon
A traded Pokemon's CP will be adjusted to the capped power level the recipient can obtain.
(A Lvl 10 Account can NOT receive a 4000 CP Dragonite)
Your Friendship level will influence Minimum IV Values.
Trades reward up to 3 Extra Candy, according to the distance between the locations where the two traded Pokemon were caught (It will show how much and the distance in the middle of the trade screen)
Trading Pokemon adds to your older medals! (XL Magikarps and the fisherman, etc.)
POKEMON CAN ONLY BE TRADED ONCE!
MYTHICAL POKEMON CANNOT BE TRADED ( Exceptions to Meltan or Events that allow Otherwise)

Option 1: In-game, Face to Face Delivery
Sellers will select this method of delivery if they intend to meet your character in-game with one of their own characters. Usually a seller will coordinate a time and location in-game to meet your character.
Tips:
- Be sure to confirm the time to account for time zone differences
- Confirm which Shard or Server the delivery is to take place in case your game world has more than one.
- Never, under any circumstances, return gold, item, etc. to the delivery character if ever asked. In the event the seller asks you to, please take A screenshot and report this to PlayerAuctions Customer Support.
Option 2: In-game Mailbox delivery.
Some sellers will select the option to deliver gold or items directly to an in-game mailbox. This option is less popular for larger Games like WoW, but is still viable amongst other games. This option can be convenient for smaller orders because you do not need to coordinate time of delivery.
