Legendary Schematics Explained

These schematics allow players to craft a rarer version of a specific weapon, tool, or piece of armor. Schematics are broken down into 4 rarities: Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Legendary schematics are extremely rare, and crafting them requires significantly more resources than crafting at the base rarity.

With the release of 1.0, the way some schematics are obtained has changed. For example, in Sunreach, bosses are less likely to drop legendary schematics than bosses in the World Tree. In other cases, some legendary schematics can be obtained through the relic recycler. Some schematics have a fixed location for drops that players can use to farm; however, these locations have changed since some bosses were also swapped for other Pals.
