This skill consumes 30% of the player’s special attack energy while increasing their next attack by 50% damage and accuracy. It also applies a burn on a successful attack that deals 10 damage for 40 ticks in 24 seconds.
It has slightly fewer stats compared to other BiS items like the Dragon Longsword, but its Special Attack makes it stand out as a good end-game weapon. It’s similar to weapons like Voidwaker, which have strong damage output and can execute multiple hits. It’s a great free item for PvM situations because of its high burst attacks.
How to Get the Arkan Blade
You can get the Arkan Blade by finishing The Final Dawn questline. However, you can still lose it due to various reasons. If this happens, you can obtain another copy of it from Prince Itzla Arkan if you have completed the quest in the palace. However, this reclamation will cost around 75,000 OSRS gold. You also can’t have multiple copies of this weapon, so any duplicates you get will instantly be deleted.
Is It Overpowered?
For a free item, yes. The stats it provides are good enough for end-game content, and its Special Attack is excellent for most PvM content. It’s a great choice for those running Ironman, as it can be easily obtained without relying on drop rates. The Arkan Blade is also an excellent weapon for many bosses in the game, so you can rely on it until you get an even better weapon, like the Scythe of Vitur or Blade of Saeldor.
