In every MMORPG, your character makes you unique compared to other players. Thus, buying an account strips you of the opportunity to do so. Your future main character and hero stats will ultimately determine your strength in battle, so keep that in mind. While other items contribute to good stats, having a base with many points makes a difference, as it will not only make your life easier but also prove to be a good long-term investment.
There are five types of equipment that are important when raising your stats: Weapon, Helm, Armor, Boots, and Rings. Your weapon increases your attack and hit strength. Should your character belong to the warrior or archer class, it will be categorized as “Patk.” Meanwhile, for mages, it’ll be “Matk”. Your helmet, on the other hand, adds to your health points. Health points (or HP for short) are important for all classes as they determine overall survivability. Your armor is your physical defense. The higher your defense is, the less physical damage you’ll take from getting hit. Your greaves are for defensive purposes as well, but for magic instead. They will help you defend yourself from magical attacks from mages. And finally, wearing rings and enhancing them will boost your critical and hit strength. Having a critical hit on your normal attacks will increase the damage you will inflict. In contrast, hit strength determines the ability to make the attack successful over the defense’s ability to dodge and defend against it.
There are three classes to choose from in League of Angels: Warrior, Mage, and Hunter. There also used to be a Rogue class at some point. However, it is no longer available.
The Warrior is a tank that has high physical defense and physical attack. Should you choose this class, you can either go for the support, tank, or striker role. When this class reaches level 45, you can either become a Paladin or a Berserker.
The Mage class is skilled in magic and can deal with high damage from magic attacks. What this class lacks in defense and health, it more than makes up for in terms of magic power. If you reach level 45 with this class, you can choose to become a Sorcerer or a Mystic.
The Archer is a well-rounded class dealing with high critical damage to opponents. While not as “tanky” as the Warrior per se, the Ranger excels in speed and physical attack. As a class with high critical chance and lower health and defense compared to others, the Archer needs to be placed in the back row. Once you reach level 45 with the Archer class, you can become a Hunter or a Ranger.
