These items can only be obtained once per account. You will only receive items that have not been used previously. To receive items, you need to unlink your old Twitch from your game account. To 100% get one of the hunters (Lulu/Billy) to your account, you need to activate the received accounts sequentially, without breaking the sequence or violating the instructions. I understand that its little bit difficult, but if you want to get 5 hunters, you will have to spend a few minutes.
