The name of the final ending is a Jarful of Medicine, which requires a near-perfect completion of the game. Aside from doing this in NG+, you have to complete all relevant NPC quests, collect every lore item, and defeat all bosses (including optional ones). - Always choose a good dialogue, which means avoiding using lines that express apathy or ignorance.
- Ensure that relevant NPCs remain alive by keeping them alive through specific quests or scenarios. Also, avoid killing killable NPCs.
- Always choose follow-up options during interactions. Choosing options like “I don’t care” might bar you from obtaining the True Ending.

What are the other Endings
The easiest ending to obtain is the Bad Ending because you only have to finish the whole game without doing any additional steps. The Good Ending requires you to align yourself with the Bo faction and complete related quests for this group. It’s unclear how exactly to obtain the Neutral Ending, but it’s generally considered that you have to have a completely neutral stance throughout the game. This includes choosing neutral dialogue options or detached decisions that aren’t necessarily evil or good choices.
