You can swap to different classes by equipping their respective weapons in the character’s menu, and your character will automatically switch to that class. However, you’ll have to unlock these jobs first by completing their related quest chains from their Class Master NPCs in town. These quests will most likely involve finding or purchasing the weapons of each related class.

Is Progress Shared Between Classes?
No. Level Progression is done individually, so when you swap classes, they’ll all have to start from scratch. You need to progress them one by one, which may feel tedious. In addition, certain quests that provide huge level experience can only be done once, which makes leveling up multiple classes even harder. Fortunately, some loot can be shared with other jobs. However, some items bind to the current job you’re using, so you have to make sure you’re using the right class when doing certain bosses or raids.
