1. Register as a Seller
Before listing an account, complete your seller profile and payout details.
Follow our seller registration guide if you haven't registered yet.
Already set up? You can move on to creating your first offer.
2. Create Your Game Account Offer
Create your offer, choose your price, and provide buyers with enough information to understand exactly what they are purchasing.
Good to know: Listing an account is free. Commission fees apply when an account is sold, and payout fees may also apply.
Before You Publish
Use this checklist to make sure your offer is ready:

| Title & description | Highlight the account's main features and explain exactly what the buyer will receive. Include relevant details such as level, gold, items, league, season, rank, rename options, console linkability, account creation region or country, and ban or suspension history. |
| Images | Add clear screenshots of the account, characters, inventory, or other important features. Never show passwords, recovery details, or personal information. |
| Login name | Enter the actual username or email used to log in to the game account—not a character name, nickname, or PlayerAuctions username. |
| Email provider | We recommend Outlook.com, Gmail.com, or Hotmail.com. Other providers must meet the Requirements for Alternative Email Domains. |
| Delivery method | Choose Automatic Delivery or Manual Delivery depending on how you want to provide the account details. |
| After-Sale Protection | You can optionally offer 7-, 14-, or 30-day Seller After-Sale Protection. Buyers can filter for protected offers, which may provide additional reassurance. |
Enter Your Login Details Carefully
Your login name should contain only the username or email needed to access the game account.

[email protected]⚠ Keep credentials private. Passwords, recovery information, and other sensitive account details should never appear in your public offer title, description, or screenshots.
Choose Your Delivery Method
Automatic Delivery
Provide the account details when creating your offer. After PlayerAuctions verifies the buyer's payment, the details can be delivered automatically—even if you're offline.
Manual Delivery
Provide the account details yourself after an order has been placed and payment has been verified.
Optional: Seller After-Sale Protection
You can offer 7-, 14-, or 30-day protection on eligible account offers.
Your earnings will be held for the selected protection period, beginning when the order reaches Delivery Fully Completed status.
⚠ Important: Seller After-Sale Protection cannot be canceled after the buyer has paid.

3. Receive an Order and Deliver the Account
Once someone purchases your account, always check the order status on PlayerAuctions before delivering anything.
⚠ Do not deliver while the order shows “Pending Payment” or “Verifying Payment.” Even if the buyer tells you they have already paid, wait until PlayerAuctions confirms the payment.
Once payment has been verified, delivery depends on the method you selected.
Automatic Delivery
If you selected Automatic Delivery, PlayerAuctions sends the account information you supplied to the buyer automatically. You don't need to be online when the order comes in.
Manual Delivery
If you selected Manual Delivery:
- Open the order.
- Select Provide Account Details.
- Enter the required account information.
- Submit it within the delivery timeframe you selected for the offer.
🔒 For your protection: Do not send account credentials through onsite messages or your personal email. Use the account delivery system provided on the order page.
4. Complete the Sale and Get Paid
After receiving the account, the buyer has 72 hours to inspect it.
The order will complete when:
- the buyer confirms that delivery is complete, or
- the 72-hour inspection period expires without further action.
When Will You Get Paid?
Payout is not immediate. Your earnings first enter a reserve period before they become available for withdrawal.
The length of the reserve period can depend on factors including:
- your seller level
- your selected Seller After-Sale Protection period
- other applicable account or transaction requirements
Once your funds appear as Available, you can request a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payout method.
