The Monster Hunter Wilds collab with Final Fantasy XIV brings in its signature monster, the Arkveld, as a Trial for players to challenge. This update not only introduces the powerful Veldian weapons, but also new cosmetics and pets to collect. Here are all the MH Wilds collab items you can obtain and how to earn them.
How To Access Collab Content
To get started, you must first reach level 100 on any class and finish the MSQ Dawntrail. Once you’re done, head to Tuliyollal (X:13.3 Y:13.1) and speak to the Dawn Hunt Tracker NPC. The collaboration event is a permanent addition to the game.
The Windward Wilds Trial
Upon speaking to the Dawn Hunt Tracker, players can now access The Windward Wilds as a trial. Players will need to defeat the Arkveld, which is the primary means of obtaining Monster Hunter collab items. Clearing the Windward Wilds grants Guardian Scales, which is the event currency used for purchasing MH Wilds items.
Players wanting a greater challenge for Augmented weapons can instead tackle the Extreme version of this trial. Clearing the Extreme trial grants a special currency for upgrading Veldia weapons and the chance for a rare mount.

How to Upgrade Veldian Weapons
To receive the Augmented variant, you must obtain 5 Guardian Arkveld Certificates, which you can get by beating The Windward Wilds (Extreme) trial.
