The White Wanderer Side Quest

Here's the guide on how to complete The White Wanderer Side Quest. To begin the White Wanderer Side Quest, you need to speak with the Dawn Hunt Tracker in Tuliyollal at (X:13.3, Y:13.1).

1. After starting the quest, teleport to Hhusatahwi in Shaaloani.
2. Go to the Destination Marker at (X:28.3, Y:30.2), watch the cutscene, and then speak to the Stray Felyne at (X:29.8, Y:29.2).
3. Escort the Felyne by interacting with the Monster Tracks in these three locations:
   31. (X:31.0, Y:26.2)
   32. (X:28.4, Y:25.9)
   33. (X:29.5, Y:22.2)
4. After the next cutscene, interact with the Seikret to ride it.
5. After the following cutscene, speak with the Stray Felyne at the new location (X:17.1, Y:6.3) and agree to set up camp.
6. Inside the camp, speak with the Stray Felyne at (X:5.8, Y:5.9), and then speak to him again after the short scene.

After speaking with Stray Felyne, you’ll now unlock The Windward Wilds trial.

The Windward Wilds Trial Guide

After completing the first part of The White Wanderer side quest, you unlock The Windward Wilds trial. It’s an 8-player trial where players need to defeat the Guardian Arkveld. To participate in The Windward Wilds Trial, you’ll need at least an Item Level of 725 or above.

Completing The Windward Wilds Trial will guarantee you a Veldian Weapon Coffer (iLvl 745). Don’t forget to interact with the Guardian Arkveld corpse to collect 2x Guardian Scales.

After completing the trial, return to the Dawn Hunt Tracker in Tuliyollal at (X:13.3, Y:13.1) to complete The White Wanderer Side Quest and earn your rewards.

How to Unlock The Windward Wilds Trial (Extreme)

If you want a harder difficulty of The Windward Wilds Trial, you can unlock the Extreme version. The Extreme version is where you get the main currency to unlock more expensive items. You can participate in the Trial for as long as you want or until you have acquired all the currencies needed to purchase weapons.

To unlock the Extreme Version, you need to speak to the Wandering Minstrel in Tuliyollal at (X:11.2, Y:14.7) and choose the option for the Extreme Trial. You'll need an Item Level of 740 to participate in the Extreme Version.

Completing the Extreme Version of The Windward Wilds Trial will earn you Guardian Arkveld Certificates as well as a chance to earn Veldian Weapon Coffers and Guardian Scales from carving.
