Buyers on PlayerAuctions purchase directly from their fellow players and PowerSellers. However, to make PlayerAuctions the most secure trading environment possible, buyers do not send their payments directly to sellers. Instead, all buyers send their payments directly to PlayerAuctions, where it is secured by PlayerGuardian. We then wait for both the buyer and seller to confirm to PlayerAuctions that delivery has been completed. Only after we have successfully confirmed that the delivery was completed accurately and in full do we securely disburse payment to sellers.

Yes. PlayerAuctions is totally FREE for buyers to use; you will only need to pay for your purchase. We only charge a small fee to sellers when they successfully complete an order.
PlayerAuctions does not set any of the prices offered on our website. Instead, each buyer and seller in the PlayerAuctions community can set their prices independently. Just like stocks, prices generally fluctuate in accordance to the supply and demand in the market.
Please refer to the seller’s average delivery speed to quickly measure how fast the seller will be able to deliver after you place your order. The seller’s average delivery speed is calculated by PlayerAuctions after the seller has successfully completed 5 currency deliveries.
PlayerAuctions also lets sellers display their delivery guarantee period, which is their promise to complete delivery within a certain timeframe after your payment is securely sent to PlayerAuctions and is successfully verified.
Each seller sets their delivery guarantee period independent of PlayerAuctions, however, the seller’s average delivery speed is impartially calculated through data we have received in our systems. Before placing an order, PlayerAuctions recommends you to consider both of these fields to understand how fast a seller may deliver.

While the majority of transactions on PlayerAuctions are delivered by sellers during their guarantee period, some transactions may be completed after the specified time frame. In this infrequent event, PlayerAuctions urges buyers to continue to work directly with sellers to successfully coordinate the completion of the transaction. The order will not be automatically closed and delivery may still be successfully completed.
In the event that you no longer wish to wait after the seller's delivery guarantee has expired, you may cancel the transaction without penalty for a hassle-free refund of the undelivered amount. Your refund will be automatically processed the following business day and you will immediately be able to leave feedback on the seller.
