Titan Quest 2 features a distinct class system, unlike other games. In Titan Quest 2, Classes are called Masteries. Players can choose two Masteries before starting the game. It allows players to mix and match, making their playstyle more flexible. Titan Quest 2 features 4 Masteries, and players must select 2 to complete their character. Once they choose 2 Masteries, they’ll have access to both Skill Trees, and they can choose which parts to upgrade for their build.

Here are all 4 Masteries and how they work in Titan Quest 2.

Mastery	How They Work
Earth	It gives players fire and earth spells. Fire spells can deal damage over time to enemies, and earth spells can slow or stun them. Most of the spells in the Earth Mastery focus on group attacks or AOE.
Rogue	Move fast on the battlefield and deal large amounts of damage. Most skills focus on status effects that can take out enemies outside of just attacks.
Storm	It gives players ice and lightning spells. Deals AOE attacks and ice spells can freeze enemies.
Warfare	It focuses on melee combat, dealing heavy damage to individual enemies and groups. It can boost armor for the caster and allies to increase survivability.

Every time you level up in Titan Quest 2, you earn Attribute Points, Active Points, and Passive Points. They can be used to upgrade various skills in the Skill Tree. Players can add or remove points in their Skill Tree through the Respec Mode.
