By buying you AGREE to these terms:

1 - No returns or refunds! Whether the acc is banned, locked (pass reset is required/security notification,) reverted or scammed, I am not required to refund you as all of these issues are out of control. I will only refund or replace an acc  if the details are plainly incorrect after it is given.

2 - YOU are responsible for said acc after purchasing. If you are hacked, cookie logged, or scammed, or locked, or terminated it is out of my hands.

3 - For random accs, the process is 100% random. If you recieve few to no items on an acc, please do not message me for a replacement.

4 - Unfortunately, I cannot always respond as soon as payment comes through. You will not leave negative feedback or file for a dispute, or return, unless I do not send the information for more than 48+ hours!

5. - YOU cannot leave negative feedback or file for a refund dispute for the following reasons:
- If the profile you receive is empty (contains no items, limiteds, offsales, badges etc).
- If the profile you receive has the "Verified, Bonafide, Plaidified" hat. There is a common misconception that if the profile has the hat stated then it means it is verified. If a profile given does have the stated hat I can confirm that the profile has been disassociated from any previous emails and is no longer associated to any emails. Aslong as the profile is noted as "Pending Verification" and has been for the last 30 days then it is considered unverified.
- If the profile you receive has a "bad username". The usernames range from very good to very bad. When buying from me the main reason for your purchase is to get a profile with the specified join date.
- If the profile you receive does not have the EXACT same join date as is what's on the image. To recap the image is an example, the join date you receive ranges throughout the whole entire year of 2017.

2. - The only times YOU can leave negative feedback or file for a dispute is if I fail to deliver on what you have been promised which is:
- If the delivery time takes longer than 48 hours exactly.
- If the profile you receive does not have a join date with the year 2017 in it.
- If the profile is noted as "Verified" in the settings.
