What game account information do I receive?
When you securely buy a game account at PlayerAuctions, you are provided with all the guidance and information required to successfully use and take ownership of your new game account. This includes the following:
If desired, you may request other information from the seller. However, as any other information not mentioned above is unnecessary to complete a secure game account ownership transfer, it is only optional for the seller to provide.
Does the seller send the game account information to me directly?
No. After you purchase the game account, we will update the seller and instruct him/her to provide the game account information securely to PlayerAuctions. We will then quickly and discreetly inspect and document select properties of the game account before passing on the game account information to you.
Once you receive the game account information, you will be given time to complete the verification of the game account, finalize the game account ownership transfer, and confirm the delivery of the game account to PlayerAuctions.
How and When will I get my game account?
For Game Account transactions, the Seller will send the Game Account’s information to PlayerAuctions for verification purposes. If there are no issues, PlayerAuctions will then deliver the account login details to the buyer via email within 24 hours (but usually this happens much faster.
What if the delivered game account does not match the seller’s description in their For Sale Offer?

While DBZ Dokkan Battle is free, the game includes in-app purchases, so it’s always a good thing to check what are the inclusions and purchases that have been made on the account you’re planning to get.
One of the main things to look for is the tier list of the teams on the account. The tier list is a list which ranks units on their importance, effect, and relevance in the current meta of the game. There are multiple team types in the game, so there will also be multiple tier lists.
The units fall into six different tiers:
S Tier – Units that are a top of their class. They are excellent additions and in some cases, optimal. This unit includes practically all of the leader units for that type and/or category. Perhaps all of the LR are on this list, including the Fused Super Power Super Saiyan Goku & Super Saiyan Vegeta.
A Tier – Right below the S tier, this rank has nice additions to respective teams, and will generally assist in the building of a good team. While they may suffer a few drawbacks, otherwise they’re a pretty solid tier. Most of the SSRs belong to this group like SSR Super Saiyan God SS Goku and Departure Time Gohan Kid who have really good leader skills.
B Tier – Also considered as filler units. They have some instances that prevent them from ascending higher. These units are mostly used by players until better units are obtained.
C Tier – Suffer many drawbacks and lack a place on their team, considered to be usable if you have no other options left.
D Tier – Severely under-performs even as fillers and will rarely find a place in your team.
F Tier – These are cards that have no redeeming qualities and should not be used.
Honorable Mentions Tier – Cards that have some useful mechanic or specific use for some situations. They’re not staple units. These are for cards that don’t fit the type of that list but are capatable of subbing onto that team, sometimes better than cards than are of that type.
Another thing to look out for is how much Dragon Stones are in the account. Dragon Stones are in-game “gems” that are used to obtain new cards in order to build much stronger decks than your current one. These are often farmed by completing quests within the game, but some do other sleazy means like using cheats in order to get thousands of Dragon Stones, which is against the rules and regulations of the game.
Aside from those, checking the standing of the rank of the account is useful too. Higher ranks usually mean higher tier cards. Another thing is to check if it’s a Japanese account or a global one. While the game is released worldwide, the game got released to Japan first, so there are exclusive quests on Japan that are not being hosted globally.
