Dark Ops Challenges are the hardest to complete in the Call of Duty franchise. These are hidden challenges in the progression menu without descriptions or hints on accomplishing them. Black Ops 6 has followed its predecessors and even added Dark Ops Challenges to Warzone. Campaign Dark Ops Challenges
- Phantom Presence: Go through the Most Wanted mission without alerting a single enemy.
- Endless Option: Destroy all SCUD missiles in the Hunting Season mission without using C4.
- Missing Persons: Hide five bodies in the Under the Radar mission.
- Kineticist: Complete the timed trial in a single attempt without restarting in the Separation Anxiety mission.
Multiplayer Dark Ops Challenges
- Buzzsaw: Get 10 Triple Kills or more in Hardcore Mode.
- Blunt Trauma: Kill an enemy by hitting them with a Smoke Grenade.
- Double Trouble: Kill 2 enemies in a Gunfight using one shot or explosive.
- Go Loooong!: Get a long-range kill using a Drill Charge Stick, Combat Axe, or Semtex Stick.
- Hard Breakup: Perform 7 Finishing Moves in a match.
- Hit Job: Perform a Finishing Move on an enemy.
- 100K: Get 100,000 kills
- 2 Birds 1 Stone: Kills multiple enemies with a single shot in Hardcore Mode.
- Accidentally on Purpose: Kill an enemy with exploding barrels, falling debris, or other environmental hazards.
- Ace!: Kill all enemies in a single round of Search & Destroy.
- Circus Act: Kill an enemy by bouncing a Combat Axe off any surface.
- Dark Indeed: Unlock Dark Matter camo on 33 Different Weapons in Multiplayer.
- Too Hardcore for Hardcore: Get 10 kills without dying in a match of Hardcore Mode.
- Return to Sender: Kill an enemy by throwing back the Frag Grenade they threw.
- Nuclear Killer: Get a Nuke by getting 30 kills without dying.
- Nuked Out: Get a Nuke in Free For All without Scorestreaks.
- Relentless Killer: Get a Relentless Medal by getting 20 kills without dying.
- Very Nuclear: Get a Nuke with 25 different weapons.
- Brutal Killer: Get a Brutal Medal by getting 25 kills without dying.
- Frenzy Killer: Get 5 rapid kills without dying.
- Mega Killer: Get 6 rapid kills without dying.
- Ultra Killer: Get 7 rapid kills without dying.

Zombies Dark Ops Challenges
- Invincible: Reach Round 30 without getting downed.
- Another Round?: Survive until Round 100.
- Social Distancing: Reach 20 without getting any damage from Zombies.
- Good Enough: Reach Round 20 with no upgrades and rely only on your starting weapon.
- Stick N’ Stones: Reach Round 25 solo with only Melee Weapons, Melee Machete, or Combat Axe.
- Reaper of the Dead: Kill 1,000,000 Zombies.
- Harbinger of Doom: Kill 100 Zombies with one Scorestreak.
- Light ‘Em Up: Kill 10 Ignited Elite Zombies in a single match using the Big Game Augment for Napalm Burst.
- Well That Was a Waste: Get Downed within 10 seconds of using a Perkaholic GobbleGum.
- Gummed Up: Consume 25 GobbleGums in a match.
- Armed to the Teeth: Equip 3 Pack-a-Punch Level III Legendary weapons with Ammo Mods and activate 8 Perks simultaneously.
- Terminal: After 50 rounds, complete the Terminus Easter Egg in Standard Mode.
- Liberated: Complete the Liberty Falls Easter Egg in 30 minutes in Standard Mode.
- Box Addict: Buy every weapon in the Mystery Box in a single match.
- Strike!: Get 300 Points while bowling in Liberty Falls.
- Fatale: Kill 2 Amalgams with one shot.
- Kunoichi: While using an Aether Shroud with Void Stealth Augments, kill 3 Zombies, 2 Special Zombies, and 1 Elite Zombies.
Warzone Dark Ops Challenges
- Resourceful: Get 3 Kills without reloading in a match.
- Instinctual Sniper: Kill an enemy while hip-firing with a Sniper.
- Economic Gunslinger: Get 5 Headshots with a Pistol in a single match.
- Demolitions Improv: Kill an enemy with C4 or Blast trips on a vehicle.
- Prison Trickster: Execute a Finishing Move in the Gulag.
- In the Hotseat: Kill an enemy while riding a vehicle.
- Low Rider: Kill 4 enemies while riding a vehicle in a match.
- Death From Above: Kills an enemy while driving a Helicopter.
- Scrappy Warrior: Win a Battle Royale or Resurgence match without accessing your loadout.
- Show Off: Get a kill with a Semtex or Drill Charge Stick in the final circle of Battle Royale or Resurgence.
- Contract Completionist: Complete 5 Contracts in a Resurgence match.
- Surgical Victor: Kill an enemy from the last remaining squad using a Throwing Knife or Combat Axe in Battle Royale or Resurgence.
- Strategic Tactician: Win a Battle Royale with over 25 kills.
- Efficient Combatant: Get 10 Kills without firing a gun in a match.
- Graceful Contender: Get 5 kills without taking damage in one match.
- Abyssal Horrors: Get Abyss Camo on 33 weapons in Warzone.
