You will receive all applicable benefits across all platforms, including PC, Nintendo Switch, mobile devices, PlayStation, and any other cloud service. (Nintendo Switch users may receive the benefits, but V-Bucks may not be visible due to cross-platform balance incompatibility. If this is the case, you can use fortnite.com/item-shop or any other platform/cloud for purchases.)

- Is there any chance of receiving a refund/revoke from this offer?

- I already have or had one Xbox account linked and i'm restricted by link a new Xbox account, how do i remove this restriction?

If you have had or currently have an Xbox account linked to your Epic account, you may have encountered an error preventing you from linking the account we offer. Follow these steps to remove it. Remember, you can only do this once every 365 days after the restriction is removed.

1. Go to Epic official support page: epicgames.com/help/assistant

2. Once inside the website, select games and Fortnite.

3. Use the self-service and go to "Remove linking restriction".

4. To finish the process of removing your restriction, you will see all your linked accounts that you can remove the restriction from. Choose Xbox and accept the verification process to confirm your request.

And that's it! You can now connect a new Xbox account and continue with the process. Make sure you enter the correct account you want, as you can only connect a new account after you request it.
