Refund Policy and Terms of Sale for CODM Accounts

1. By purchasing an account, the buyer agrees to this policy.
Please check all account images and details before making a payment.
After receiving the account details, the buyer must verify account access as soon as possible (within a maximum of 24 hours).
Please note that the email and password you received are only for logging into the game account. To transfer ownership and change the email, you’ll need to message our team directly, and we’ll handle it within 5 minutes.
Important: Our team might be offline for rest between 1:00 PM PST to around 8:00 PM PST. If you purchase an account during these hours, please be patient until we come back online.

2. No Refunds in the Following Cases:
If the login credentials are correctly provided and the buyer successfully accesses the account.
If the buyer changes the account information (email, password, security links, etc.).
If the buyer claims account inaccessibility without valid proof.
If the account is banned due to the buyer’s actions (such as using violating in-game rules, or changing the email without following security guidelines).
If the buyer requests a refund after receiving the account details without providing a valid reason.
