Set in a future where an Omnic Crisis has broken out, Overwatch is a competitive online FPS game where players play as heroes from different organizations and, other times, realms. However, when Overwatch 2 went live on October 2022, it entirely replaced the original game, rendering it unplayable. Overwatch 2 more or less has the same schtick, but its main change was that it reduced team sizes from six to five in PvP modes.
