How I spend your things: I never pull on a banner, I don't touch your Polychromes or Encrypted Master Tapes, and I don't buy Battery Charge refreshes unless you tell me to. If a job needs something spent, I ask you first.

Turnaround: a single Agent is usually 1-2 days depending on your Battery Charge. Daily screenshot either way.

HOW I WORK - AND HOW YOU STAY IN CONTROL

• I never ask for your recovery email. Ever. Every recovery path stays with you, which means I physically can't take the account.
• When the game asks for a login verification code it goes to YOUR inbox, not mine. You hand it to me or I don't get in.
• You can remove my device any time. In your HoYoverse account settings, go to Security, then Trusted Devices, then Remove. It's account-level, so it covers Genshin, HSR and ZZZ together. You don't need my permission and you don't need to tell me.
• I never pull on a banner. Not once, not even if you say it's fine.
• Before I start I screenshot your inventory, currency and roster and send that set to YOU, so you can check me at handback.
• Progress screenshot every day. You'll never be left wondering.
• 100% manual, hand played. No third-party software of any kind.
