A quantity followed by “+” represents the minimum stated amount. The actual quantity may be higher, but only the written minimum should be expected.

A range such as “3–5 random SSR heroes” means the delivered quantity may fall anywhere within that range.

Chinese marketplace sellers may describe Star Fragment as “diamonds.” The live official English item name used here is Star Fragment.

Supplier wording such as “regular pulls” should only be converted to Regular Hero Draw Tickets when the actual in-game item has been confirmed.

Supplier wording such as “advanced pulls,” “selected pulls,” or “featured pulls” should only be converted to Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets when the exact in-game item has been confirmed.

Star Fragment, Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets, Regular Hero Draw Tickets, SSR selection tickets, and Cube Keys are separate items. A balance in one category does not imply a balance in another.

A seller's total-draw estimate may combine several resource types. It does not necessarily represent attempts available on one identical hero pool.

A Regular SSR Hero Selection Ticket allows selection only from its exact eligible pool. It does not automatically include every regular, featured, seasonal, limited, or future SSR hero.

When an SSR hero is described as random, the exact identity is not selectable unless a specific hero is separately named.

A named hero being included does not automatically include a duplicate, higher Potential, weapon, equipment set, Outfit Skin, Weapon Skin, prepared build, or additional version of that hero.

A second copy of a hero and a specific Potential result should not be treated as identical claims unless the resulting Potential is expressly confirmed.

Potential is the appropriate hero duplicate-progression terminology for this game. It should not be replaced with Constellation, Eidolon, Resonance Chain, Cinema, Limit Break, or another game's system name.

A Weapon Skin changes a weapon's appearance and should not automatically be counted as ownership of a combat weapon. An Outfit Skin should likewise be kept separate from the hero itself.

Wording such as “tutorial-only,” “only tutorial completed,” “fresh,” or “starter” applies only to the progress described. It does not automatically mean every mailbox reward, draw, selection ticket, quest, event, or world activity is untouched.

A high Book of Stars level or World Level does not automatically mean that every quest, region, dungeon, hero, collectible, achievement, or exploration objective has been completed.

Package names such as “Beginner Edition,” “Deluxe Edition,” “Annual Edition,” “Collector Edition,” “Complete Edition,” or “DLC Expansion” may be seller-created package labels. They are not automatically official game editions or downloadable content.

Server labels such as Asia, US, America, Europe, EU, SEA, or Southeast Asia should be preserved according to the selected offer. Progress should not be assumed transferable between separately selected servers.

Cross-platform continuation requires the correct linked account and the same server. Cross-platform support does not merge unrelated server profiles.

A Netmarble ID, email address, Google account, Apple account, Facebook account, PlayStation account, or Steam account being supplied does not automatically mean every linked service, recovery method, or security setting can be removed or changed.

Star Fragments and Draw Tickets provide recruitment opportunities, but future Draw results remain chance-based unless a specific hero is already present or an eligible selection ticket is included.

A large SSR roster, high Potential hero, or strong equipment package does not guarantee combat performance. Hero combinations, elements, builds, Mastery, equipment, party composition, and player decisions remain important.

Any hero, duplicate, Potential level, resource, ticket, weapon, equipment item, Skin, pet, progression value, server condition, or account-access detail not specifically written in the product title or selected variation should not be assumed to be included.

No Star Guardian Should Cross Britannia Alone
