Kremlin Pros and Cons:
 
Pros:
Highest hit point pool in the game.
Well armored.
Short Damage Control Party (When activated, instantly repairs fires, floods, and incapacitations, and prevents more for the duration.) cooldown.
Extremely good dispersion at close to medium ranges, quick turret traverse, and good firing angles.
She has 457mm guns, allowing her to overmatch 30mm plating.
AA suite rivals that of some high tier light cruisers, if spec'd properly.
Good concealment at 13.4km, while the majority of her peers sit around 14km.
Well protected main battery turrets - second best protected after Yamato.
Massive AP Alpha strike of 130,500 damage.
Good torpedo damage reduction of 46%.
Excellent rudder shift.
Cons:
Short main battery firing range compared to other Tier X's and extremely poor long range dispersion.
Long main battery reload time of 33 seconds.
While Kremlin carries a respectable AA suite, it is extremely easy to disable with HE - several high caliber HE salvos can almost completely destroy all her auxiliary guns, rendering her helpless against carrier strikes.
Massive size. She is the second largest battleship in game.
Despite having a 60mm belt running the length of the bow, she lacks the full on 60mm bow of Grosser Kurfurst, which means that she can and will take penetrating hits from Yamato/Musashi/Shikishima, though those are impossible to citadel her, due to a hidden 100mm armored deck in the bow.
Large turning circle of 1,090 meters.
Despite good armor, she has a large citadel.
Possible to run out of Damage Control Party (When activated, instantly repairs fires, floods, and incapacitations, and prevents more for the duration.).
Her size makes turning and slowing down feel like eternity.
