In Throne and Liberty, traditional classes are thrown out in favor of a versatile weapon skill system. This way, players can create their own unique identity without needing to be tied down by a class. Sword and Shield Defensive Abilities
Shield Survival Technique
Blocks incoming attacks. Upon blocking a Fury Attack with the Shield Survival Technique, you regenerate health, create a shield equal to 14% of your Max Health for 3s, and use a Retaliatory Strike for 1.5s. This skill increases Damage Reduction for 6s when a Fury Attack is blocked within 0.5s.
Retaliatory Strike
Deals 380% of your Base Damage to the target. Defending Fury Attacks with Shield Survival Technique before using Retaliatory Strike increases Retaliatory Strike’s damage by an additional 65%, up to 3 times. Retaliatory Strike from the Shield Survival Technique with a directional button input deals the maximum damage.
Sword and Shield Active Abilities
A Shot at Victory
Deals damage equal to 860% of your Base Damage to the target, and the Sword skills increase damage by 20% for 6s. Has a 20% chance to activate A Shot at Victory again. Applies an additional 5% increased chance for each target within 10m that's been inflicted by your Weaken. Applies an additional 60% increased chance if used within 3s after blocking a Fury Attack.
Annihilating Slash
Deal damage equal to 280% of Base Damage to enemies within range. Against targets Weakened by the player, deals damage equal to 420% of your Base Damage. Annihilating Slash's remaining cooldown decreases by 8% for each enemy hit.
Chain Hook
Applies Collision: Pull to the target and Bind them for 3s. When used on boss monsters, it pulls you to them.
Counter Barrier
Gain 34% Shield Block Chance for 6s. On evading an attack, using Shield Block, or blocking with a Defense skill within 1.5 times the Attack Range (5 times for Magic and Ranged), you’ll perform a counterattack that deals damage equal to 500% of your current Damage Reduction to the attacker. The counterattack damage is not affected by Critical Hit and Heavy Attack Chance.
Fierce Clash
Deals 220% of Base Damage and apply Collision: Push. Has the same chance to Push enemies that collide with the target and decrease the damage they deal. The target is Stunned for 3s on colliding with a wall.
Immortal Pride
A special skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Max Health and Current Health increase by 30% for 6s, and Current Health increases by the Max Health bonus amount.
Provoking Roar
Has a 70% chance to inflict Weaken: Provoke on 6 enemies within 3m for 5 s (7.2 s against Monsters). Provoked targets direct their attacks and skills toward you.
Shield Strike
Deals 580% of your Base Damage. Weaken the target with a 70% chance to apply bonus Melee, Ranged, and Magic Hit for 6s. Shield Strike's Melee Heavy Attack Chance is increased by 1% of Shield Block Chance. On counterattacking with Counter Barrier, Shield Strike’s cooldown is slightly reduced. This strike draws aggro on the target.
Shield Throw
Hurls a shield 5 times the distance of Attack Range in the selected direction. The shield deals damage equal to 260% of Base Damage to all targets in its path before returning to you. The first skill used within 6s since the shield's return increases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Heavy Attack Chance by 100. The targets' aggression greatly increases.
Stalwart Bastion
Gain Damage Reduction for 9s for you and party members within a 10m radius. The area lasts for 2s.
Strategic Rush
Charge 5 times the distance of Attack Range in the selected direction and deal 280% of Base Damage damage up to 5 targets with a 70% chance to inflict Collision: Push. The target is Stunned for 2s if colliding into a wall. Targets immune to Collision increase Base Damage by 40 for 6s.
Sword and Shield Passives
Aegis Shield
Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense is increased by 1% of Shield Block Chance. Reduce Damage: Shield will always be in effect.
Gerad's Patience
On evading, using Shield Block, or blocking with a Defense skill, or using Shield Block, all gain CC Resistance for 3s. Stacks up to 10 times.
Impenetrable
Increases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense proportional to the number of targets within a 9m radius. Gain Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense if there are 2 or fewer targets within range, +400 more if there are 3 to 6 targets, and +820 if there are 7 or more targets.
Morale Boost
Colliding the target with another applies 14% cooldown reduction to all skills. Each subsequent Collision applies 7% cooldown reduction to all skills per Collided target, up to 3 times.
Resilient Mind
Evading an attack restores Mana by 46.2, and each successful Shield Block or Defense skill block restores Mana by 35% of the damage blocked. Additionally restores Health by 21.
Skillful Evasion
Ranged and Magic Evasion are increased per 1m of proximity to the target, up to 300. Additionally, it increases Magic, Melee, and Ranged Evasion by up to 120 against Provoked targets. Only applies to targets within a 10m radius.
Spectrum of Agony
Extends the Provoke duration upon hitting a Provoked target. Deal damage equal to 72% of your Base Damage to all Provoked targets within a 3m radius.

Greatsword Defensive Skill
Iron Point Parry
Blocks incoming attacks. Upon blocking a Fury attack, deals damage equal to 370% of your Base Damage and converts Iron Point Parry to Murderous Draw. On blocking against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, deals damage with an 80% chance to Stun the target for 3s. Targets immune to Stun are Shocked instead for 6s.
Blocking a Fury Attack while inputting any directional buttons instead converts Iron Point Parry into Charging Draw for 3s.
Murderous Draw
Damages enemies equal to 460% of your Base Damage to targets within a 4m radius.
Charging Draw
Charges at the target, dealing 200% of your Base Damage.
Greatsword Active Skills
Ascending Slash
Deals damage equal to 210% of Base Damage. Applies Collision: Prone with a chance of 80% against Bound, Sleeping, or Stunned targets for 2.5s. For every heavy attack, Collision: Prone duration increases by 1s.
Blood Devotion
A special skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. You take 40% of the damage dealt to the targeted ally for 6s. Only 70% of damage taken applied.
DaVinci's Courage
Increases Max Health by 960, Health Regen by 250, and Attack Speed by 15% of every party member within 15m for 12s.
Death Blow
Deals damage equal to 470% of your Base Damage. Against Bound, Sleeping, Shocked or Stunned targets, damage increases by 30%.
Devastating Tornado
Deals damage equal to 65% of your Base Damage to all enemies within range. Consecutively attacks up to 12 times. On each hit, the ability deals 8% additional damage. Meanwhile, you gain 18% Movement Speed while using this ability. Can also move through monsters and other players.
Gaia Crash
Creates a 12m-long, 3m-wide damaging zone at the target location that deals damage equal to 295% of your Base Damage.
Guillotine Blade
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Deals 820% of Base Damage. Deals 1066% of your Base Damage to targets inflicted with Collision: Prone or Shock
Precision Dash
Rush at the target, dealing damage equal to 110% of your Base Damage, and increase Melee, Ranged, and Magic Heavy Attack Chance for 3s on hit. Damage increases by 16% per 1m of distance from the target at the starting point.
Stunning Blow
Deals 150% of your Base Damage, with an 80% chance to Stun the target for 4s. Targets immune to Stun are Shocked for 8s. Stunned targets have their overall defenses reduced by 5%.
Valiant Brawl
Attacks 4 times in a row, each attack dealing 140% of your Base Damage. If there are other enemies within the skill's range, spreads out the attacks and delivers the last attack to the main target. The last attack on the main target deals 427% of your Base Damage. Every time you land a heavy attack, the remaining cooldown decreases by 15%.
Willbreaker
Deal 100% of your Base Damage to all enemies within a 3m cone at the target location and applies Weaken that decreases their Magic, Melee, and Ranged Defense for 6s.
Greatsword Passives
Barbarian's Dash
When using a Mobility skill, gain bonus Movement Speed for 3s.
Cold Warrior
You gain extra Melee, Magic and Ranged Heavy and Critical Strike Chance against targets inflicted with Stun or Shocked.
Grip Charge
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. On defeating a target, your Control skills' remaining cooldown is decreased by 5%.
Indomitable Armor
Has a 25% chance to increase Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense for 2s on being hit. Stacks up to 3 times.
Raging Frenzy
If there are 2 or more enemies within a 5m radius, gain a boost to Skill Damage
Robust Constitution
Gain bonus Health Regen, Max Health, and Recovery Crystal Heal.
Vital Force
Gain extra Hit Rate, Skill Damage Boost, and Stun Chance for every 100 health you currently have.
Dagger Skills
Dagger Defensive Skills
Block Blade
Defends against attacks. Upon blocking a Fury Attack with Block Blade while stationary, you regenerate some Mana. Block Blade will then change into Poison Dagger for 3s.
Use with the directional buttons to block attacks while dashing 4m to the designated direction for 0.5s. Becomes Stealthed for 3s to become untargetable and increase Mana Regen after blocking a Fury Attack.
Poison Dagger
Throws up to 5 daggers at enemies within a 5m-radius, dealing 100% damage and applying Weaken: Poison. Distributes the attack if there are multiple enemies within range.
Dagger Active Skills
Ankle Strike
Deals damage equal to 210% of your Base Damage. Against Bound, Sleeping, or Stunned targets, you apply Collision: Prone. Ankle Strike cannot be used while moving.
Brutal Incision
Deal 620% of your Base Damage. When the target's remaining Health is 50% or less, you gain bonus Critical Hit Chance and 40% Critical Damage.
Camouflage Cloak
Become Stealthed for 10.5s, unable to be targeted. Your first attack while Stealthed is a guaranteed Critical Hit. Stealth ends if you attack or morph.
Fatal Stigma
Marks the target, dealing 405% of your Base Damage after 3s. Against Poisoned targets, this deals 10% bonus Damage per stack of Poison.
Frenzied Sword Dance
Approach the target and deal 190% of your Base Damage. Attack 7 times quickly, and if an additional enemy is within 6m at each attack, the damage is spread equally.
Inject Venom
Adds Weaken: Poison effect to all attacks for 9s. The poison effect lasts for 6s and deals 3.6% of Base Damage per stack per sec while stopping Health Regen. Stacks up to 20 times.
Knife Throwing
Throws 5 daggers in the designated direction up to 6 times the Attack Range. Each dagger deals 60% of your Base Damage, with an 80% chance of decreasing the target's Movement Speed by 68% and Incoming healing by 60% for 6s.
Phantom Smokescreen
A special skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Party members within 3m around you always evade all Magic and Ranged projectiles for 3s. This effect is canceled if they move or act.
Predatory Strike
Deals 490% of your Base Damage, and then additional 40% of Damage consecutively. The damage is increased by 9% for targets under the effect of your Burning, Curse, or Poison Damage over Time.
Shadow Strike
Moves behind a target and deals damage equal to 200% of Base Damage. Has an 80% chance to Bind the target for 2s and apply Silence: Poison for 6s.
Umbral Spirit
Deals 330% of Base Damage to all enemies within a 4m radius. Delivers 2 additional attacks against targets you've Poisoned, each attack dealing 33% bonus damage.
Dagger Passives
Assassin's Instincts
Gain bonus Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit Chance.
Assassin's Step
On defeating the target, gain 20% Attack Speed, Mana Regen, and 37% Movement Speed for 6s. The first skill used within the duration will not consume any Mana. The effect lasts 9s at night.
Assassination Stance
On evading, has a 15% chance to gain 15% Camouflage Cloak cooldown reduction.
Profuse Poison
You gain 11% to Poison Damage and 51% to Poison Duration during the day. At night, this effect gives you 51% Poison Damage.
Shadow Walker
After using Mobility, you gain Damage Reduction and Magic and Ranged Evasion for 6s.
Vicious Fangs
Against Poisoned targets you gain bonus Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit Chance
Wrathful Edge
Gain 18% increased Critical Hit Damage.
Longbow Skills
Longbow Defensive Skill
Overtaker
On blocking a Fury Attack with Overtaker while stationary, your Magic, Melee, and Ranged Defense increases by 100 for 3s, and Overtaker is converted to Agile Shot for 3s. This skill also increases Magic, Melee, Ranged Critical Hit for 5s, if a Fury Attack was blocked within 0.5s. Agile Shot Deals 525% of your Base Damage if the shot was fired without moving.
Swift Evasion
Move 8m in the designated direction. Your Magic, Melee, and Ranged Evasion is increased for 2s.
Longbow Active Skills
Arrow Vortex
Launch an arrow at the target location, dealing 100% of your Base Damage to the first enemy hit while applying 72% Movement Speed to yourself within a 3m radius around the target. After 2s, this skill pulls all nearby enemies towards the center.
Blitz
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
Resets the cooldown of the recently used skill. Skills that can be used consecutively cannot be reset.
Blitz is only available if you have a skill that can be reset on your hotbar, and isn’t affected by Skill cooldown stat and Skill cooldown reduction.
Brutal Arrow
A massive, heavy arrow strikes the ground, dealing damage equal to 340% of your Base Damage to enemies within a 3m area. Enemies within 1m from the center receive 510% more damage.
Deadly Marker
Mark a target for 9s. You give Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit Chance for all party members when attacking the marked target. On every Critical Hit, all party members gain 1% skill cooldown reduction, and 6% Glory Aura cooldown for yourself. Upon marking an enemy, only 50% of the cooldown decrease is applied.
Decisive Sniping
Deals 740% of your Base Damage. Increases Ranged Critical Hit that increases based on the target’s remaining health. On hit, this skill increases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit for 6s. Can be reused up to 2 times on Critical Hit.
Ensnaring Arrow
Deals 130% of Base Damage, with an 80% chance to Bind the target for 7s.
Flash Arrow
A special skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Deals 150% of Base Damage to Stealth targets within 4m around the designated location, stunning them for 3s and ending all Stealth effects. Breaking a target’s Stealth increases your Critical Damage by 20% for 6s. This effect does not break the Stealth given through Transcending Power: Eclipse.
Nature's Blessing
Creates a 16m lingering area that increases the Health Regen and Mana Regen of you and your party members for 3s. Only gets the effect within the area. Removes one Weaken effect from all party members within the area when it is created.
Purifying Touch
Removes 1 crowd control effect from the selected target and gain 27% Attack Speed for 3s.
Strafing
Attacks 4 times consecutively. Each attack deals 130% of your Base Damage. If you land more than 2 Critical Hits, this skill can be recast 2 more times. These uses consume only half of the Mana cost.
Zephyr's Nock
Deals 520% of your Base Damage. This skill gains 7% additional damage per 1m of distance from the target. Deals 50% more damage to targets who are Bound, Sleeping, or Stunned.
Longbow Passives
Devoted Shield
When Weakened, you have an 11% chance to gain a Shield of 3000 Health that lasts for 4s.
Distorted Sanctuary
You gain Melee, Ranged, and Magic Endurance. This effect stacks for every party member that is 16m near you.
Ensnaring Loader
Defeating a target at least 10m away has a 51% chance to reset Ensnaring Arrow's cooldown.
Rapidfire Stance
Staying in the same place without moving for 2s will increase Attack Speed by 20%, and Melee, Ranged, Magic Hit by 100. The effect lingers for 2s after making any movement. The effect remains in effect upon using Mobility skills.
Roxie's Arrowhead
Attacking with Longbows or Crossbows has a 15% chance to launch an additional projectile, dealing damage equal to 128% of your Base Damage. If the shot is in the same direction as the wind, this bonus goes up by 0.5% for every 1m/s of wind speed.
Sniper's Sense
You gain bonus Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit and 1% Critical Hit Damage per 1m of distance from your target.
Steady Aim
Against Bound targets, you gain bonus Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit.

Staff Defense Skills
Mystic Shield
Defends against an attack. Deals 318% of Base Damage to the attacker and recovers 10% of Max Mana upon defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, and 10% additional damage against Burning enemies. Creates a Damage over Time area within a 3m radius, dealing 10% per second to all enemies in the area if the target is wet, or Frosted (by you). Stacks Flowing Mana up to 3 times each time you defend against a Fury Attack, which increases Mana Regen by 60 for 10s.
Flowing Mana Grants the following effects to the skills you use:
For Lightning skills, increases Critical Hit by 20% per stack. For Fire skills, applies additional Weaken: Burning per stack to the target. For other skills, decreases Mana cost by 6% per stack.
Staff Active Skills
Chain Lightning
Deals 530% of your Base Damage. This skill gains 4% increased damage per stack against a target inflicted with Burning. The skill chains to nearby enemies within a 5m radius up to 3 times if the main target is wet or Frosted by you. Each chain deals 20% reduced damage. This skill gains 40% cooldown reduction if you're currently Wet.
Frost Smokescreen
Creates a 4m zone of ice that lasts for 5s while teleporting you 8m backwards. Applies Weaken to enemies in the area and decreases their Movement Speed by 42%. Can be used up to 2 times.
High Locus
Gain 58% Cooldown Reduction and 68% Global Cooldown Speed for 12s.
Ice Spear
An Ice skill that hurls a 1.5m width piercing ice spear to the target location, dealing damage equal to 360% of your Base with an 80% chance to Weaken the target, reducing their Movement Speed by 51% for 3s.
Icebound Tomb
Deals 220% of your Base Damage and applies Petrification: Freeze to the target for 8s (16s for monsters) and Weaken, which reduces Movement Speed by 51% for 4s within 3m around the target.
Infernal Meteor
Deals 990% of Base Damage to all enemies within a 4m radius. If this skill is a heavy hit, it also applies 5 stacks of Weaken: Burning.
Inferno Wave
Deals 340% of your Base Damage to all enemies within 3m of the target. On hitting a Burning target, all skill cooldowns are reduced by 1 sec and deals bonus Damage equal to 32% of your Base Damage (per stack of Burning) to all enemies within 3m. Against the Burning target, has an 80% chance to apply Weaken: Burning.
Inner Peace
Increases Mana Regen by 960% for 9s. The skill is interrupted if you move. This effect is doubled if you're wet. Your Mana Cost Reduction increases by 96% for 9s after the skill ends if you're not wet.
Judgment Lightning
Deals 780% of your Base Damage. On hitting a Wet target, this deals 520% of Base Damage up to 5 enemies within 5m radius area. This skill can be used 1 more time within 10s with a(n) 15% chance of success. When using this skill on a target you’ve applied Weaken: Burning to, the probability of skill recast goes up by 5% per stack.
Salvation Chain
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Pulls party members within range toward you.
Serial Fire Bombs
A Fire skill that deals 150% of Base Damage and inflicts 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning (3 stacks for Critical Hits) to every enemy within 3m radius from the target. Burn DoTs lasts for 12s and deals 3.7% of your Base Damage per stack per sec, stacking up to 10 times. This can be used up to 3 times consecutively. Casting this spell multiple times reduces its cast time while increasing its Mana cost. All your Fire skills' Weaken: Burn DoTs are equal to Serial Fire Bombs.
Staff Passives
Asceticism
Gain passive Mana Regen. Remaining still for 3s applies an additional 140 to your Mana Regen.
Echoic Barrier
When Silenced, Silence Resistance increases by 10 for 640s. If Silenced again while the effect is active, Silence Resistance also increases by 640.
Flame Condensation
Your Burn Damage is increased by 72%, and its duration is increased by 8s.
Forbidden Sanctuary
Mana Cost Efficiency decreased by 15%, and Skill Damage Boost increases.
Frost Master
Inflicting Move Speed reduction effects applies 8% Move Speed with 16% more duration to you. Ice skills additionally apply the Frost effect.
Mana Amp
Max Health increases by 1500, and Max Mana increases by 3360.
Manaball Eruption
When using a Staff or Wand to do a Basic Attack, there is a 5% chance to trigger an additional projectile that deals damage equal to 150% of your Base Damage and apply Weaken: Burning.
Wand & Tome Skills
Wand and Tome Defense
Chaotic Shield
Blocks incoming attacks. Upon blocking a Fury Attack, your Curse skills' remaining cooldown decreases by 3s, and Touch of Despair is inflicted on all enemies within a 3m radius from the target. A successful block converts Chaotic Shield into Healing Spell.
Blocking a Fury Attack while inputting any directional buttons instead converts Chaotic Shield into Counterattack Spell for 3s.
Healing Spell
Healing Spell Restores friendly targets' Health by 520% of Base Damage and Stamina by 29.
Counterattack Spell
Deals 520% of Base Damage If the target is affected by your Touch of Despair, its damage increases by 10% per stack.
Wand and Tome Active Skills
Blessed Barrier
Targets allies, granting increased Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense for 6s. During the day, this skill grants 53% Incoming Heal during the day, and bonus Melee, Ranged and Magic Endurance during the night. These effects are multiplied by 3 for 2s after activation.
Clay's Salvation
Restores Health to all party members within range by 520% of your Base Damage.
Corrupted Magic Circle
Creates a 5m area at the target location and inflicts Weaken: Curse on all enemies within the area to deal 65% of your Base Damage per sec for 9s. Does not wake up Sleeping targets.
Curse Explosion
Deals 420% of your Base Damage. If Touch of Despair is applied to the target, it’ll also apply Health Shield with 1000 per stack to allies for 3s. Instantly deals 140% of the damage you dealt (including damages over time from Burn and Poison) to targets with Curse damage over time (that you applied) in a 5m radius. If Touch of Despair is applied to the targets, it deals 34% more damage per stack. Then removes every Curse, Burn, and Poison (that you applied).
Cursed Nightmare
This attack lowers the target’s Attack and Movement Speed by 30% for 3s. Besides that, itapplyies Sleep: Curse for 8s afterwards (15s for monsters). Continually deals 100% damage over time. Any damage to the sleeping target becomes a guaranteed Critical Hit and wakes the target.
Fountain of Life
Creates a 3m healing area at the targeted location for 6s. Party members within the area heal for 90% of your Base Damage every 0.5s.
Karmic Haze
Weakens the target and will spread any applied Curse from the main target to 3 other enemies within 5m of the first target.
Ray of Disaster
A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Deals 740% of your Base Damage to all enemies in the selected direction.
Swift Healing
Heals friendly targets' Health by 610% of your Base Damage. Can be used up to 2 times consecutively with increasing Mana cost per consecutive cast.
Time for Punishment
Applies Weaken: Curse, which decreases the target’s Skill Damage Resistance for 9s.
Touch of Despair
Applies Weaken: Curse. Deals 41% of your Base Damage as damage over time per stack for 9s, while amplifying all base damage to the target by 10%. Stacks up to 3 times. Duration increases by 2s if used on a target with 3 stacks.
Wand and Tome Passives
Devotion and Emptiness
Gain 36% Skill Heal and 10% Skill Cooldown during the day or 36% Skill Damage over time and 10% Curse Skill cooldown at night.
Full of Corruption
When a Weakened target dies, gain bonus Mana Regen and Max Damage for 9s. Stacks up to 3 times.
Noble Revival
Gain 3% Skill Heal per 1,000 Max Mana.
Saint's Oath
On taking Skill Damage, has a 10% chance to apply 18% Amitoi Heal, Incoming Heal, Recovery Crystal Heal, and Skill Heal for 3s. Stacks up to 10 times.
Selfless Soul
Increases Mana Regen and Skill Heal by 5% per stack for 3s when you cast a Buff with Active Skills to a friendly target. Stacks up to 10 times.
Vampiric Contract
Restores Health of a friendly target by 17% of the damage you deal to a target affected by your Curse. If no friendly target is within range, you take the healing instead.
Wraith's Beckon
Gain extra duration for your Curses, and 10% more Curse chance
