RuneScape: Dragonwilds has a vast open world that you can explore. Uncharted areas will be indicated with a white fog. Traveling from each location can be time-consuming, especially when gathering items for crafting. Luckily, you can fast travel using Lodestones. Here’s how to make them.
How to Get Vault Core
Before you can craft Lodestone, you’ll need to acquire Vault Cores. They’re an essential part of the Lodestone crafting recipe. Vault Cores can be found across the game in Vaults, which you’ll have to challenge. They’re easy to find since there is one Vault in each region.
You can get up to 3 Vault Cores placed on pedestals in each Vault. Don’t worry about taking them since they’ll respawn quickly. If you want to get Vault Cores quickly, the easiest Vault is in Temple Woods. Once you’ve acquired the Vault Cores, you can create your Lodestones.
How to Fast Travel Using Lodestone
After acquiring Vault Cores, you can easily craft Lodestones. Lodestones are what you need to fast travel in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Here’s the crafting recipe for it.
- 32 Stone
- 20 Rune Essence
- 1 Vault Core
The recipe gives you only 1 Lodestone. So, if you want to make more, collect more of the materials you need.
How to Use Lodestones
Using Lodestones is straightforward. Place the Lodestones in your desired location; it’s best to put the first one you craft in your base. You need to have plenty of Lodestones to reach different locations since fast travel requires at least 2 Lodestones.
After you’ve placed the Lodestones in your desired locations, you can interact with them, and a map will appear showing you all the Lodestones. Click on one, and they’ll send your character to the location. You can teleport anywhere you’ve placed a Lodestone, but it’ll cost you a few Law Runes. You can get the Runes by crafting them at the Rune Altar. So, stock up on Law Runes too if you want to fast travel.
