How Players Buy Rocket League Blueprints

Buyers like to make sure they know what they’re getting when buying Rocket League blueprints. Trading online can be confusing for some players at first, especially if they cannot decide on where to look for a seller between marketplaces, social media, and forums. They tend to lean more towards online marketplaces, as these usually require less effort on their part in seeking out sellers. Many also have things such as reputation systems, allowing buyers to leave feedback on sellers to indicate to future buyers which ones they like trading with.

Before getting involved in online trading, buyers should read up on the game’s policies and terms and conditions, particularly in relation to trading before deciding whether they want to continue. If they are still unsure or do not fully understand, they can also get further advice by reaching out to the developers with any questions they have.

About Rocket League Blueprints

Patch v1.70 may also be called the Rocket League Blueprint Upgrade. From then on, blueprints have replaced crates. Once they receive a blueprint, they can choose to trade it away or build the item. To build the item, they use Credits, which is what replaced keys for crates.

If players had crates left over after the update, these crates become unrevealed blueprints. These aren’t tradeable, but the item revealed would be from the same series as the crate. Here are the available blueprint series.

  • Ignition Series
  • Momentum Series
  • Season 1 Series
  • Season 2 Series
  • Player’s Choice Series
  • Turbo Series
  • Nitro Series
  • Overdrive Series
  • Accelerator Series
  • Velocity Series
  • Victory Series
  • Triumph Series
  • Impact Series
  • Zephyr Series
  • Elevation Series
  • Ferocity Series
  • Totally Awesome Series
  • Vindicator Series
  • Revival Series

Along with those, there are also Special Event blueprints and Champion series.

Blueprint Trading Rocket League

There are some limitations on trading blueprints. As mentioned above, unrevealed blueprints are not tradeable, even when they’re revealed. The other limitation is related to Credits. Credits have a three-day trade hold. If a player used newly purchased Credits to make an item from a blueprint, that item will not be tradable until the trade hold passes.

Other than that, players can trade blueprints from online matches and the items from them freely.

Other Interesting Facts About Rocket League Blueprints

While playing the game, players would inevitably get several duplicates of an item they already own. If it’s not particularly valuable, it’s not worth trading as well. What can players do about these extra blueprints?

They can trade 5 blueprints of the same rarity for a blueprint that’s one step higher in rarity. That means:

  • 5 Uncommon blueprints for 1 Rare blueprint
  • 5 Rare for 1 Very Rare
  • 5 Very Rare for 1 Import
  • 5 Import for 1 Exotic
  • 5 Exotic for 1 Black Market

Black Market blueprints are some of the most expensive blueprints in Rocket League. By trading in blueprints, players have the chance to get Decals and Goal explosions of that rarity. Of course, all of these methods still have some element of randomization.

Also, it’ll take some time to gather up enough blueprints to actually get a Black Market print through this method. One of the ways to guarantee getting what is desired is to buy Rocket League blueprints from other players. It’s faster and convenient and doesn’t take too much time to do.

Tips:

  • Be sure to confirm the time to account for time zone differences
  • Confirm which Shard or Server the delivery is to take place in case your game world has more than one.
  • Never, under any circumstances, return gold, item, etc. to the delivery character if ever asked. In the event the seller asks you to, please take A screenshot and report this to PlayerAuctions Customer Support.

Option 2: In-game Mailbox delivery.

Some sellers will select the option to deliver gold or items directly to an in-game mailbox. This option is less popular for larger Games like WoW, but is still viable amongst other games. This option can be convenient for smaller orders because you do not need to coordinate time of delivery.
