Most of the drops from the Betrayal league can be exchanged in the Path of Exile trade, so it’s a great idea to farm this content. The Veiled Exalted Orb is the best drop from this mechanic, but you’ll still have to make preparations before you can fight the Master of Undeath. To maximize your profits per run, you'll need to optimize potential drops by assigning the right members to the right divisions.

Where Do You Get the Rewards
You get the rewards from each Syndicate Member after you defeat the final boss per run. After killing Catarina, you enter a catacomb containing various chests that have assigned rewards or crafting benches for your items. These prizes depend on which divisions you sent each agent to.
