Path of Exile 2 also features several interactions and quests that reward players with buffs and trinkets. However, it’s easy to miss several of them if you’re focusing on the campaign, so we've compiled a list with all buff locations. The rewards can range from passive skill points to additional resistances. Here are all the PoE 2 Permanent Stats or Bonuses in the game:
Note: Standard and Cruel modes have the same rewards progress, but the latter will give greater value bonuses or variations.
All PoE 2 Permanent Buffs
Act 1
Standard
- Clearfell: +10 Cold Resistance by doing Kill Beira of The Rotten Pack
- Hunting Grounds: +2 Passive Skill Points by doing Kill Crowbell
- Freythorn: +30 Spirit by killing The King in the Mist (do Ritual encounters to summon him)
- Ogham Farmlands: +2 Passive Skill Points by delivering Una’s Lute to Una
- Ogham Manor: +20 Maximum Life by killing Candlemass, The Living Right, after summoning him via the Psalm of Madness
Cruel
- Ogham Maor: Instead of +20 Maximum Life, you gain an 8% increase in Maximum Life from killing Candlemass
Act 2
Standard
- Keth: +2 Passive Skill Points from Kabala, Constrictor Queen. After finding the Kabala Clan Relic from mobs.
- Valley of the Titans: +30% Increased Charm Charges gained and 15% Increased Mana Recovery from flasks after delivering either the Kabala and Sun Clan Relics to the altar (you can get either from normal mobs in Keth and The Bone Pits, respectively). You can swap back and forth between the two bonuses.
- Deshar: +2 Passive Skill Points from delivering the Final Letter to Shambrin
- The Spires of Deshar: 10% Lightning Resistance from activating the Sisters of Garukhan Shrine
Act 3
Standard
- Jungle Ruins: +2 Passive Skill Points from killing Mighty Silverfist
- The Azak Bog: +30 Spirit from killing Ignagduk, The Bog Witch
- The Venom Crypts: Choose between 25% increased Stun Threshold, 30% increased Elemental Ailment Threshold, or 25% increased Mana Regeneration Rate after delivering the Venom Vial to Servi (Choice is irreversible).
- Jiquani’s Machinarium: +10 Fire Resistance from killing Blackjaw, The Remnant, after delivering the Small Soul Core to the Stone Altars to open the entrance to his lair.
- Aggorat: +2 Passive Skill Points by sacrificing a Sacrificial Heart to the altar (drops from enemies in Aggorat and Utzaal).
Cruel
- The Azak Bog: Instead of +30 Spirit, you get 40+ from killing Ignagduk, The Bog Witch
- The Venom Crypts: Instead of the original, you now choose between +10% to Chaos Resistance, +5 to All Attributes, or +15% Reduced Slowing Potency Debuffs on you after delivering the Venom Vial.
These are all the bonuses you can get from PoE 2 Early Access. More permanent buffs will be added once the game fully launches.
