Ultron's Abilities
Ultron, being a Strategist, can help players in challenging situations. His healing ability and flight will make him a go-to Strategist if used correctly. Here are all of Ultron's abilities and how to use them.
Encephalo-Ray (Left Mouse Button)
- Description: Shoots an energy beam.
- How to Use: The ability is Ultron's basic attack to fend off enemies, especially during objectives.
Dynamic Flight (Shift)
- Description: Dash quickly, depending on your direction of movement.
- How to Use: The ability allows Ultron to fly, and you can use this to create distance when enemies get too close. It also allows you to reposition for your subsequent attacks.
Imperative: Patch (E)
- Description: Commands Ultron's drones to follow allies and heal them within a radius. It'll also heal designated allies.
- How to Use: Use the drones to heal your allies, especially those holding down the objective. The healing will be especially useful for Vanguards.
Imperative: Firewall (Right Mouse Button)
- Description: Summons Ultron's drones to give bonus health to allies in range. It'll center on Ultron and the ally marked by Imperative: Patch.
- How to Use: Use the drones to protect your allies; the ability acts as a shield for your allies. It can also be used when assisting your teammates in an objective.
Rage of Ultron (Ultimate)
- Description: Summons Ultron Drones that fire Encephalo-Rays that can damage enemies and heal allies when hit.
- How to Use: Since the ability summons Ultron Drones and does AOE damage, use the ultimate when the opponents are together or when they're fighting your teammates. The ultimate heals your team while also attacking your enemies.
Ultron's Team Up Ability
Ultron has one Team Up ability, and it's with Iron Man. If you have Iron Man on your team, use the Team Up ability when you can. It'll not only deal tons of damage, but will also help your team out.
Stark Protocol
- Description: Ultron gains Iron Man's Unibeam for a piercing blast attack that damages enemies while healing allies.
- How to Use: The Team Up shoots a Unibeam at a target that can go through other targets. You can aim it at your allies fighting an enemy to heal your ally, but also damage the opponent they're attacking.
